摘要
介绍了近年来作者在含钼气体敏感材料的研究和应用发展方面所做的研究工作,合成了一系列含钼气体敏感材料。用这些材料制成的烧结型和薄膜型气敏元件.对乙醇等还原性气体有较高的灵敏度和选择性,不受空气中湿度的影响,具有较好的使用稳定性。
A series of complex oxide molybdenum-containing gas sensor materials were synthesized.Sintered and thin film ggy sensors made from thase materials have high sensitivity and selectivity to reducing gases such as ethanol,showing a long-term stability of response under most operating conditions and insensi tivity to atmospheric humidity.
