The new type dry cement production process requires stable thermal institution, reliable running of equipment, and adjustment of parameters in time. The operator in CCR should not only know the general principle of operation in CCR but also get familiar with the control method of variables during normal operation, as well as have the ability of operation and trouble-shooting under abnormal conditions. Several judgment and troubleshooting method in process control are introduced .
