摘要
错综复杂的企业经营关系和有关企业经营的种种理论让企业经营者眼花缭乱很难把握。其实,企业经营本身就像生物生命现象一样,是一个复杂的动态过程。用《周易》和生物学理论来揭示复杂的企业经营关系,可建立一个可随着企业经营的辐射核心(触点)及其辐射过程的变化加以调整,既灵活多变又易于掌握的富有活力的企业经营动态系统。
Business managers are often confused by the complicated relations in business operation and various theories of management. Virtually, just like biological phenomena, business management is a complex dynamic process. So it is possible to reveal the complicated relations in business operation with The Book of Change and biological theory, and thus, a vigorous dynamic system for business management can be established, which is adjustable to the radiating core (touching point) of business operation and the radiating process and which is both flexible and easy to control.
