摘要
需求分析阶段是关系到软件项目成败的首要阶段,文章首先阐述需求开发的三个层次(业务需求、用户需求和功能需求)及相关内容,然后着重讲到几个需求开发中的关键环节:建立项目视图,获取需求,编写需求文档,最后是有关需求管理的原则和实现,主要讲了需求规格说明的版本控制,需求状态的跟踪和需求变更的管理方法.
Requirements analysis is the crisis for any software development. Three level of requirements development are concernedincluding business requirementsclient requirements and functional requirements. Several key periods are amphasized here including project view building requirements obtaining requirements editting and the principles and achievements of requirements management. Version control state tailing and requirements altering management are mentioned.
