摘要
齐齐哈尔市是我国北部地区一座历史悠久的重镇,确定其建城始源的具体时间,弄清《金史》所载的“庞葛城”、“周特城”与“会平州”的建置时间和准确位置,无疑至关重要。文章充分利用历史文献和考古资料,对齐齐哈尔市的建制沿革、地名沿革、民族沿革诸方面进行了深入研讨、发掘后推断:当年的庞葛城和周特城,都是辽代上京道所属东北部的部族城堡,规模均较小,而周特城因设州建置,成为后来的会平州治所;后又因加强边防而设立乌古迪烈统军司,成为统军司的治所。
Qiqihar is a city with long history,so to figure out the exact beginning of the city,assumed to be 'Pangge city','Zhoute City' and 'Huipingzhou' in 'History of Jin Dynasty',is quite important.It is concluded that Pangge city and Zhoute city in history are castles of northeast tribes in Liao Dynasty which are small towns,and later Wuhudilie Military Unit is located there to strengthen the boundary defense.
