参附脱毒胶囊对吗啡依赖大鼠免疫力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究参附脱毒胶囊对吗啡依赖大鼠免疫力的影响。方法30只♂SD大鼠随机均分为生理盐水组、吗啡组、参附组,后两组以剂量递增法建立吗啡依赖大鼠模型,纳洛酮催促戒断后,参附组用参附脱毒胶囊灌胃,盐水组则予等体积生理盐水。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组血清中IL-1、IL-6、INF-γ3个免疫指标的变化。结果与生理盐水组比较,吗啡组和参附组大鼠血清中IL-1的水平显著下降(P<0.05),而IL-6、INF-γ的水平无明显改变(P>0.05),经吗啡和参附处理后,吗啡组与参附组大鼠血清中IL-1、IL-6、INF-γ的水平亦未见明显改变(P>0.05)。结论参附脱毒胶囊对吗啡依赖大鼠的免疫机能无明显影响。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of Shenfu detoxification capsule on immune function of morphine-dependent rats. METHODS 30 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: saline-group, morphine-dependent group, morphine-dependent with Shen-fu treatment group. Acute morphine-dependent model was established by gradually increasing the dose (ip).The rats of the third group were treated with Shen-fu after the treatment naloxone,while rats of saline-group were injected with saline of the same volume.IL-1,IL-6 and INF-γ levels in serum of the three groups were determined by ELISA,respectively. RESULTS IL-1 level in serum of the Last two groups decreased(P<0.05) compared with that of saline-group, but IL-6, INF-γ didn't change significantly(P>0.05). After the treatment of Shen-fu ,there was no significantly difference in the level of IL-1,IL-6,INF-γ among the three groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION There is no significant effecr on the immune function of morphine-dependent rats after the treatment with Shen-fu detoxification capsule.
