摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定牛磺酸注射液的含量。方法采用HiQsilC18W柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为0.04mol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.2)乙腈(85:15),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为360nm。结果牛磺酸在0.12~0.28mg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9991);平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.87%(n=9)。结论本法检测快速,定量准确,可用于牛磺酸注射液的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC determinatio n method for taurine injection.Methods The sample was analyzed i n an HiQ sil C 18W reversed phase column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),with the mo bile p hase of 0.04 mol·L -1 phosphate(pH 7.2)+acetonitrile in ration (85∶15), using ultraviolet detector at 360nm.Results There was good lin earity within the concentration range of 0.12~0.28 mg·mL -1 for taurine (r=0.999 1).The average recovery of taurine was 100.3% (RSD=0.87%,n =9).Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate.It ca n be applied to effectively control the quality of taurine injection.
