锁骨下静脉置管感染分析

摘要 目的探讨锁骨下静脉置管感染的原因。方法通过回顾性调查发现锁骨下静脉置管感染原因并找出处理对策。结果90例锁骨下静脉置管患者发生感染11例,感染率12.22%,血液和锁骨穿管培养出大肠埃希氏菌、真菌、表皮葡萄球菌、黏质沙雷氏菌,感染者均有发热,体温>38.5℃伴寒战。结论感染与患者自身病变,操作中的不严密、置管保留时间长等因素有关,因此尽可能缩短留管时间,达到治疗目的后应立即拔管,在使用过程中必须严格无菌操作。 Objective To investigate the reasons of infection due to the inserted subclavian intravenous catheter.Methods To figure out the reasons of the infection due to the inserted subclavian intravenous catheter and to find out proper nursing measures. Results The infection happened in 11 of 90 patients with inserted subclavian intravenous catheter,the incidence of the infection is 12.22%.The E coli,fungi,staphylococcus epidermitis and salmonella were found both in the blood and catheter culture system.All the infected patients had fever and chilly,their body temperature were all above 38.5 ℃.Conclusion The incidence of the infection are related with basic disease,aseptic technique and prolonged catheter installation.To avoid infection,the following measures must be taken such as putting out the catheter once reaching the aim of therapy to shorten the catheter installation period and the strict aseptic technique.
