摘要
探讨了导向性基础研究的内涵、特征和意义;提出和分析了导向性基础研究的三种模式;研究了基础研究的组织机制及其管理问题。
In the paper, the author discusses the connotation, characteristics and significance of directional fundamental research, then proposes and analyses three models of directional fundamental research, and finally studies its organizational mechanism and management issues.
