摘要
国有建筑企业由于其行业自身的特殊性,在日益激烈的建筑市场竞争中,职工队伍结构及职工素质状况决定了企业的生存与发展。市场的竞争归根到底就是掌握新技术的人才和职工培训教育的竞争。要使职工职能与现任或预期的职务相匹配,进而提高职工的工作绩效。就必须提高职工自身素质,也就是要不断地通过培训开发人力资源。这应该是现代企业管理的一个重要内容。
Under condition of serious competition in construction market, the employee's composition and quality determine survival and development of construction enterprise owing to its particularity of the industry. In a word, market competition is the competition of talents with knowledge of new technology and competition of education and training of employees. In order to make employee's ability matching to the current or expected position and increase the achievement and efficiency of employee, the employee's quality has to be improved continuously by training. This is an important thing to be done for scientific management.
