摘要
首先介绍非营利组织举办教育的理论基础,指出这种模式的缺陷。结合中外合作办学的实际,分析了中外合作办学产权的特殊性。
This paper starts with a rationale of education for non-profitable organizations to run schools andreveals the defection of the mode in this type. With reference to the reality of Chinese-foreign cooperation inrunning schools, the paper also analyzes the peculiarity of the property right of the Chinese-foreign coopera-tively-run schools. It is pointed out in the paper that there are both a reality and necessity for those schools topursue profits.
