摘要
以作者倡构的“公共信息资源及其认知机制”新范式为参照,分析了国内外业界科学范式观转移的范畴逻辑史,阐述了蕴藉于“公共信息资源及其认知机制”的科学本体论认知升华。
This paper cognizes the new type of mode mechanism to make to according to with the public information resources that the author initiate and it, analyzing the category logic history that the domestic and international scientific world transfer, elaborates the public information resources and it cognizes the science ontology of mechanism of cognition sublimate.
