摘要
对呼和浩特市中小学体操教学的现状进行了调查,结果表明,中小学均没有严格执行教育部颁布的体操教学大纲,教学内容随意性较大;体操教师年龄结构及男女教师比例比较合理,但专项师资偏少;体操教学器材陈旧、短缺,无法满足教学需要;教学模式死板,教学方法和练习内容不能引起学生的兴趣.从教育学和社会学的角度分析了影响中小学体操教学的主要因素,并就提高中小学体操教学水平提出一些思考和建议.
Through investigation of present situation of gymnastics teaching in the primary and middle school of Huhhot city,it was shown that all of the primary and middle school did not carry out strictly the gymnastics teaching outline which was issued by Education Department,and teaching contents is more arbitrary.Age construction of gymnastics teachers and the percentage of teaching man and teaching woman is reasonable,but professional teaching forces is less,gymnastics teaching equipment is old-fashioned and lacking,which can not satisfy teaching demand.Meanwhile, the teaching model is dull and teaching method and practice content can not cause interest to students.In this paper,the factors effected gymnastics teaching in primary and middle school was anodized,and some thinking and suggestion for promoting gymnastics teaching level was advanced from the view of pedagogy and sociology.
