胰岛素肺部吸入制剂的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 随着胰岛素吸入装置和剂型技术的发展,肺部吸入给药已引起广泛关注。胰岛素经肺全身性给药可减少胰岛素依赖型糖尿病所需的多次注射,并可使非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的胰岛素治疗更易接受。本文综述了近年来国内外肺部吸入胰岛素的研究进展,提示肺部吸入胰岛素长期治疗的有效性和安全性如果得到确认,它将成为第一个最有希望替代注射的给药途径。
