摘要
案例教学法是一种能提高教学效果的新式教学方法,具有诸多的优点,已在工商企业管理专业教学中得到广泛采用。但在具体的运用过程中也存在一些问题和不足,如教学案例数量不足、案例选取的质量不高、教师获取案例的渠道不畅、学生的积极性不高等,应通过以下措施来改进我们的案例教学:加强案例的收集、编写和选择,提高对教师的要求,增强案例教学的针对性,把案例教学与学生的实习结合起来,搞好教材建设,等。
The case teaching method is a kind of new teaching method of improving the teaching effect. It has many advantages and is widely used in the teaching of industrial and commercial management specialty. However, some problems exist in the specific process of application: lack of sufficient teaching cases, difficulty in obtaining cases, students' passivity, etc. Some suggestions are put forward to improve our case teaching: strengthening collection, compiling and selection of cases, improving teachers' requirements, strengthening the direction of cases, combination of case teaching with students' practice, perfecting the building of textbooks, etc.
