摘要
网络环境下我国高校图书馆读者服务工作,具有电子化、社会化、个人化、现代化、专家化等特点。面对新的发展机遇我们应采取以下对策:1.认清形势,更新观念,强化素质,迎接挑战;2 .做好宣传教育工作,培养读者检索和利用信息资源的能力;3.依托各种力量,开发特色馆藏;4 .运用现代技术方法和手段,做好读者服务工作。
Service for readers in the college libraries under the network environment is electronized, socialized, individualized, modernized and specialized. Faced with the new development opportunity, we should adopt the following countermeasures: (1)having clear understanding of the situation, renewing concepts, strengthening quality to meet challenge; (2)doing publicity work to foster readers' ability to retrieve and use information resources; (3)depending on various forces to develop characteristic storage of books; (4)using the modern technological methods and means to serve readers.
