摘要
管理是一切组织实现目标和绩效的基础。教学管理是学校管理的核心内容。现代远程教育教学管理是实现其教育目标的基础与核心过程,从思想理念、空间结构,到过程环节、管理手段诸方面,与传统教学管理相比较都有诸多革新和突破。对两者间异同的比较分析,并据此对当前远程教育教学管理实践中的网络管理、学习行为管理及质量管理等关键环节进行探索与突破,应是实现我国远程教育可持续发展亟待正视的又一“重中之重”。
Management is the basis for organizations to realize goals and performance.Teaching administration is the core of school administration. Modern distance education teaching administration is the basis and process of its goals. It has great innovation and breakthrough comparing with traditional teaching administration.It is ″the most important emphasis″ in the sustainable development of distance education to probe in the network administration, learning behavior administration, and quality administration, etc. on the basis of comparing modern distance education teaching administration with traditional one.
