摘要
回溯建库是图书馆实现自动化的必备条件。随着图书馆事业的迅猛发展,图书馆实行自动化已迫在眉睫。传统图书馆已不能适应时代的需要,对馆藏资源实行数字化,回溯建库是重中之重。
The RCBD (Restorative Conversion Bibliographic Database) is the essential condition.With the rapid development of the libraries, their overall automation management is in imminent urgency. Since traditional libraries cannot meet the need of the times, the creating of the RCBD is a key point.
