摘要
建筑物鉴定与加固改造学是土木工程领域内近十年来发展形成的新兴学科。本文系统评述了该学科的基本内容、学科内涵、现状及发展趋势。充分证明了该学科具有的综合性、高技术特点。论述了标准化在该学科工程应用中的重要性。
The examination, strengthening and reconstruction of building is a newly arisen course that is developed from the civil engineering realm in the last decade. This text systematically reviewed the basic contents, meaning, present condition and development trend of the course. It is proved that this course is synthetic and of high technique. It is discussed that standardization is of very importance in the course's engineering application.
