摘要
从检察机关为国企改革与发展服务的角度出发 ,运用法律的观点 ,对国企改革中所涉及的债权债务、职工安置、土地使用等三个方面的问题进行分析和探讨 ,从而提出预防职务犯罪、防止国有资产流失的解决途径。
From the point that procuratorial organ serves the r eform and development of our state-owned enterprise , the paper analyses and discusses the problems such as credit and debt ,worker find a room for and land use through the legal view , then proposes the solution to prevent the crime by taking adventure of duty and the losses of the assets .
