VEGF p53蛋白表达和MVD在肝细胞肝癌术后转移复发中的意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞肝癌(HCC)VEGF、p53蛋白表达和MVD在术后转移复发中的意义。方法HCC行根治性切除术后随访2a以上病人80例,分为有转移复发组(58例)和无转移复发组(22例)。用免疫组织化学SAP-SP法,检测肝癌组织VEGF和p53蛋白表达情况;计数微血管密度(MVD)。结果58例转移复发组HCC中VEGF、p53蛋白阳性表达和高MVD分别为36例、26例和45例;VEGF和p53蛋白表达与MVD有相关性(P<0.05)。有转移复发组和无转移复发组VEGF和p53蛋白表达与MVD有差异(P<0.05)。VEGF、p53蛋白阳性表达及高MVD与术后转移复发相关(P<0.05)。结论HCC病人VEGF、p53蛋白高阳性表达和高MVD是术后转移和复发的重要因素。 [Objective]To study the expression of VEGF and p53 protein and MVD with their significance in metastasis and recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in patients post-operation. 80 cases of HCC patients followed up over 2 years after radical resection, were divided into two groups: metastasis and recurrence group(58 cases) and non metastasis and recurrence group (22 cases). The protein expression of VEGF and p53 were detected by immunohistochemical technique with SAP-SP and MVD were quantitated in HCC tissues. The frequencies of VEGF, p53 protein positivity and high MVD were 36, 27 and 45 cases respectively and expression of VEGF, p53 showed a significantly positive correlation with high MVD in metastasis and recurrence group (P <0.05). There was a significant statistical difference in VEGF, p53 protein expression and MVD between metastasis and recurrence group and non metastasis and recurrence group. Expression of VEGF, p53 protein and high MVD showed a significantly positive correlation with metastasis and recurrence in HCC post-operation. [Conclusion] Positive Expression of VEGF, p53 protein and high MVD are the important factor to metastasis and recurrence in HCC post-operation.
