性病门诊病人支原体检测及耐药分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:了解我院性病门诊病人的支原体感染情况并分析对7种抗生素的耐药情况。方法:对910例门诊病人进行解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)培养,并对阳性标本进行大观霉素、司帕沙星、米诺环素、阿奇霉素、交沙霉素、环丙沙星和多西环素药敏试验。结果:910例病人中支原体总阳性率为47.9%(436/910)。其中Uu感染41.8%(380/910),明显高于Mh感染(1.2%,11/910)和Uu+Mh混合感染(4.9%,45/910)。Uu对7种药物敏感性最高的为大观霉素(79.4%,302/380),其次是米诺环素(78.2%,297/380),耐药性最高的是交沙霉素(41.3%,157/380),其次是阿奇霉素(38.7%,147/380)。结论:我院性病门诊病人中支原体感染率为47.9%,以Uu为主。支原体对交沙霉素和阿奇霉素有较高的耐药性,特别是Uu+Mh的混合感染,对抗生素的耐药性较多。临床上做支原体培养和药敏试验对指导临床合理用药很重要。 AIM: To investigate mycoplasma infection and the resistance to seven antibiotics in sexually transmited disease(STD) outpatients of our hospital. METHODS: Ureaplasma urealytic u m (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) were isolated and cultured from 910 outpatien ts. The drug resistances of the positive cultures to spectinomycin, sparfloxacin, minocycline , azi thromycin, josamycin, cip rofloxacin and doxycycline were observed respectively. RESULTS: Four hundred an d thiry-six(47.9 % of 910) outpatients were mycoplasma positive in culture. The single Uu infection (380,(41.8 %)) was much higher than those of only Mh (11, ( 1.2 %)) and mi xed infection of Uu and Mh (45,(4.9 %).) The sensitive rate to spectinomycin ( 79.4 % ) was the highest and the next was minocin (78.2 %). The resistant rates to josa m ycin (41.3 %) and azithromycin (38.7 %) were remarkably on the first two scores. CO N CL USION: The percentage of the mycoplasma infection in total STD outpatients of ou r hospital is (47.9 %,) and Uu infection is the highest. Mycoplasma culture and susceptibility test are important for guiding the reasonable drug administration.
