摘要
如何正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾是摆在全党、全社会面前的一个亟待解决的重大课题。文章论述了正确处理新时期人民内部矛盾的重大意义,分析了新时期人民内部矛盾的新内容和突出表现,阐述了新时期人民内部矛盾的新特点,提出了解决新时期人民内部矛盾的基本对策。
