心肌梗塞患者联合中药抗抑郁治疗的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨抗抑郁治疗对心肌梗塞患者心血管事件影响及相互关系。方法:共选择156例心肌梗塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予联合中药抗抑郁治疗,对照组给予安慰剂治疗。结果:治疗组心血管事件及心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0·05有显著性差异)。两组死亡事件对比无明显差异(P>0·05无显著性差异)。结论:抗抑郁治疗对心肌梗塞患者预防ACS急性冠脉综合征(ACS)是一种有效的方法,应该给予充分重视。
