摘要
氧化亚铁硫杆菌是湿法冶金中的主要菌种,但生长和氧化速度缓慢,限制了其在工业中的广泛应用。综述了影响氧化亚铁硫杆菌生长的各种物化因素,例如pH、温度Fe2+、Fe3+及其他离子对该菌生长的影响,并对近年来国内外学者提出的氧化亚铁硫杆菌的各种生长模型做了总结,以期对氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长条件有全面的认识,并为工程实际提供指导。
Thiobacillus ferrooxidans is the main bacterium in hydrometallurgy, however, the rate of growth and oxidation of this bacterium is very slow, so its wide application in industry is limited. In this paper, the influences of such physicochemical factors as pH, temperature, concentration of Fe2+ and Fe2+, and other ions on the growth of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, and some mathematical models for growth of this bacterium which are presented in recent years by domestic and overseas experts and scholars are summarized in order to achieve the overall knowledge of the growth conditions of this bacterium, and to provide guidance for engineering practice.
