摘要
作为马克思主义在中国的最早传播者和共产党创始人之一的李大钊在宪政领域造诣颇深,他早期的宪政思想主要体现在对民主、自由、人权及宪法等理论的研究。考察李大钊早期宪政思想的主要内容并探讨它们存在及转变的原因,无论对于推动近代宪政历程的学术研究,还是作为历史的反思以为现实提供一种有益的借鉴,都具有积极意义。
LI Da -zhao,as the spreader of Marxis m in China,was one of the initiators o f the Chinese Communist Party,and he also contrib uted a lot in the field of co nstitutio n and politics.Initially,his con-stitution and politics thoughts we re embodied in his study of democracy,freedom,human rights and con-stitution .It is significant and ben eficial to study LI Da -zhao' s thoughts and the re asons of his thou ghts' existence and change not only to the p romotion of the s tudy on the history o f Chinese modern constitution and politics,but also to th e referen ces for use.
