摘要
行政公开制度对于抑制腐败、提高工作效率有着极其重要的作用,是现代民主国家的一项必备制度。随着经济的发展、政治体制的完善,我国的行政公开制度逐步建立。但无论在理论上还是在实务上,行政公开制度仍存在一些不足和争议。《行政许可法》的出台,对行政公开提出了更高的要求,同时也为行政公开制度的进一步完善提供了一个法律平台和契机。本文借鉴国外相关立法和实践,对我国行政公开制度的现状和问题进行必要的分析,以探求完善行政公开制度的对策。
Administration open system plays an e xt remely important role in restraining corruption and im-proving efficiency which is an indis pensable system in modern democrati c country.Along with the econo mic development and the consummation of political system,administration o pen s ystem has been gradually es-tablished in China.But there still e xist some def iciencies and disputes in theory in practical affairs.The execution of Administ ration Permission Law puts forward higher demand on the open of the administrati on and contemporarily provides a law pl atform and opportunity for further c ons ummation of administration open system.In this article with the refe rence of r elated foreign legislatio n and practice,the author analyzes t he actuality and problems of administr ation open system in our country to pr obe countermeasure s for consum-mation of administration open system.
