摘要
为了保障我国的石油安全,规避国际油价波动风险以及取得在国际市场上的价格发言权,上海期货交易所上市了燃料油期货。但从其上市后一段时间的表现看令人难以满意,其深层次的原因在于我国转型时期特殊的体制导致的市场体系不完善,所以我们应探索具有中国国情的石油产业发展道路。
In order to defend the safety of our country’s petroleum, to evade the risk of the price fluctuation of international oil and obtain the right to speak for the price in the international market, the fuel oil futures appeared on the market in the Shanghai Futures Exchange. But the display of the futures was hardly satisfactory, the deep reason is the imperfect market system resulting from the special system of the transition period and it ought to explore the way of development with Chinese characteristics for the petroleum industry.
