摘要
通过对预焙阳极生产过程中混捏工序存在的影响因素进行分析,从工艺技术条件优化、设备等方面进行了改进,解决了糊料夹干料、配方改变、糊料塑性差等问题,混捏质量得到明显提高,预焙阳极生块合格率由原97.2%提高到99.2%。
The influence factors on anode paste mixture procedure of prebaked anode production process are analyzed, and then improving methods are brought forward through optimizing process conditions and modifying facilities. The problems of paste entrapped dry stuff and recipe change and poor paste plasticity are settled by implementing and paste mixture quality is improved in evidence. The up-to-grade ratio of green anode blocks is increased from original 97.2% to present 99.2%.
