摘要
从异型柱面的结构特征分析入手,陈述了异型柱面类零件曲面创成与离散的一般程序,特别是对其数控车铣组合加工叠加成形过程进行了较深入的分析,导出了异型柱面的离散行宽和步长计算公式,并针对B样条曲线偏置后不能用样条曲线精确表达的问题,对异型柱面截面型线采取先离散后偏置的方法,保证了精度.
The process for surface setting up and dispersing was discussed, and embedded superposition forming for the NC turning and milling process with frame character of irregular cylinder were analysed. Also, the mathematical expressions of discrete machining step length and row width was deduced. To spline fit curve which can’t express exactness, the method of dispersing before offsetting after B-spline curve dispersed guaranteed the precision.
