摘要
本文通过对同一台电动机先后出现的故障进行故障诊断及振动分析,针对振动形式类似的故障,分别采用不同的诊断手段予以辨别和区分,最终诊断出此电动机出现的基础薄弱、电气故障,滚动轴承损坏三种故障,并总结了这三种常见故障的振动特征及诊断分析方法和技巧。
Through carry on trouble diagnosing and vibration analysis to the same sets of motor appear trouble successively,and to the trouble similar to the vibration form,this text adopts different diagnosis means to distinguish and distinguish separately,diagnose the weak foundation,electric trouble,rolling bearing damage three trouble that this motor appears finally,summarizes three common vibration characteristic of trouble and diagnose analytical method and skill.
