摘要
本文实验表明克感平口服液对伤寒副伤寒甲乙三联菌苗感染引起的高热家兔具有明显的降温作用，效果与阿司匹林相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。体外可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌。对４种动物炎症模型均有显著的抑制作用。急性扁桃体炎治愈率达９８．２０％，平均治疗天数３．４４ｄ。
he preparation of Ke Ganping oral solation,and study on oits clinical application and pharmacodyanamics are de-scribed.The results of the sdudy on high fever experimental rabbits due to vaccinum Typho- paratyphosum showed that thecooling action was not significantly different to those of Aspirin control group(P>0.05)A significant antibecteria effect a-gainit staphylococcide aureus and hemolytic streptococcus and antiinflammatory action on 4 anamal inflammation models wereobserved.The cure rate of the patients treated was 98.2%in the acut tonsillitis.
