摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜辅助下切除鼻窦颅底占位性病变的可行性与价值。方法回顾性总结在鼻内窥镜辅助下治疗6例侵犯鼻窦的颅底占位性病变结果。其中鼻咽纤维血管瘤1例,骨纤维异常增殖症1例,浆细胞瘤1例,内翻性乳头状瘤2例,圆柱瘤1例。结果所有病例术后CT检查,均显示肿瘤彻底切除,术后随访1～2年无复发。结论对于侵犯鼻窦的部分颅底占位性病变,可以在内窥镜辅助下采用联合进路手术。
Objective To explore the feasibility and value of endoscopic-assisted treatment in the occupation lesions of the skull base involving the parasinus.Methods We summarized retrospectively 6 cases of the occupation lesions of the skull base involving the parasinus treated under endoscope.There were 1 case of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma,1 case of osteodysplasia fibrosa,1 case of plasmacytoma,2 cases of inverted papilloma and 1 case of cylindroma.Results All the lesions were excised entirely indicated by CT and no recurrence after 1～2 years.Conclusion For the occupation disease of the skull base involving sinus,you can take advantage of the nasal endoscope.
