摘要
目的:观察无血缘关系异基因外周血干细胞移植对以急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)起始的儿童慢性粒细胞白血病急淋变的治疗效果。方法:对以ALL起始的慢性粒细胞白血病急淋变患儿行无血缘关系异基因外周血干细胞移植术。结果:+17天开始恢复造血(WBC0.6×109/L>0.5×109/L),+22天血小板>20×109/L,+30天骨髓示正常增生性骨髓象,PH(-),无病生存>110天。结论:无血缘关系异基因外周血干细胞移植术对以急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)起始的儿童慢性粒细胞白血病急淋变有较好疗效。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of allo-peripheral blood stem cell transplantation performed to a case of lymphocytic blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia at the onset of acute lymphocytic leukemia.Methods:The patient was treated with allo-peripheral blood stem cell transplantation from HLA-matched unrelated donor.Results:Haematopoiesis was reconstructed by donor stem cell after 30 days,ph chromosome has been negative from then.The patient is desease free survival more than 110 days.Conclusion:[WTBZ]Allo-peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is effective to lymphocytic blast crisis of chronic myeloid leukemia at the onset of acute lymphocytic leukemia.
