摘要
土霉素在Ｎ，Ｎ－二甲基甲酰胺中与醋酸双氧铀定量反应显色，可在４０６ｎｍ波长处进行土霉素片的比色测定，平均回收率为９９．９５±０．９３％。ｔ检验表明测定结果与微生物法无显著差异。方法简单、快速、准确。
Oxytetracycline tablets were determined by colorimetry at wavelength 406nm,after the reaction with uranyl acetate.The average recovery was 99.95±0.93%.t-Test showed that there was no significant difference in the results of this method and the microbiological assay.The method was simple.rapid.And accurate.
