摘要
以PEG FeOx磁流体为原料 ,通过乳液聚合方法合成了纳米PS FeOx磁性高分子微球 ,并对其进行了表征。微观形貌观察表明产物呈规整球形结构。FT IR分析表明产物主要由PS、PEG、FeOx组成。XPS分析及元素分析结果表明产物具有核 壳结构。磁学性能研究表明 ,产物在 2~ 4GHz频段的磁损耗性能较好 ;产物比饱和磁化强度和磁损耗功率随铁含量的增加而增大。
Using the previously prepared PEG/FeOx ferrofluids, nano-scale magnetic PS/FeOx microspheres were synthesized and characterized. The morphology observations showed that the products were regularly spherical in the shape. The results of FT-IR indicated that the product was mainly composed of polystyrene, polyethylene glycol and FeOx. According to the results of XPS and element analysis, the products were of core-shell structure. The investigation of magnetic properties demonstrated that the magnetic loss property of the product was good when the frequency was in 2~4 GHz. The results also showed that the specific saturation magnetization and the magnetic loss power of the product increased with the increasing of ferrous content.
