摘要
利用低温油泥试验仪考察了加氢异构脱蜡基础油和溶剂精制基础油低温油泥生成特性,并对不同组分和添加剂对油泥生成的影响、氧化油样、油泥的化学和结构组成变化以及油泥微观特性进行研究。结果表明:两种基础油以及基础油中不同组分具有不同的油泥生成特性,添加剂对基础油的油泥生成特性具有显著影响。油泥主要包括羧酸及其酯类、硝基化合物、添加剂降解产物和缩合烃类物质。油泥中存在大量微小颗粒,尺寸属于微米级,其尺寸分布、形状以及表面形貌因基础油和添加剂的不同而存在差异。
The low temperature sludge-formation properties of hydrogenation-isomerization dewaxed base oil and solvent-refining base oil were studied by low temperature sludge-formation simulator through contrast researches. The effects of different components and additives on sludge formation of base oils, the chemical and structure composition of oxidized oils and sludges, and the microcosmic characteristics of sludges were investigated by multiple analysis methods. The results indicate that different base oils and components have different sludge formation tendencies. Additives have important effects on sludge formation. Sludge mainly consists of carboxylic acids and their esters, nitro compounds, decomposition products of additives and condensation hydrocarbons. There exist amounts of particulates with micrometer grade size, and the sludges differ in particulates size distribution, shape and surface topography because of different base oils and addition of different additives.
