摘要
“安乐死”是个古老的命题。随着科学技术的发展和人民文化素质的日益提高,人的寿命得到理想的延长,从而整个社会出现与日俱臻的老龄型。因此,自本世纪以来尤其二次大战后,许多发达的资本主义国家竭力推行“安乐死”。我国自改革开放以来,尤其自1986年汉中地区出现首例“安乐死案”后,引起了全社会的关注。随着时间推移,“安乐死”必将成为21世纪老龄化社会乐于倡导的伦理道德之一。
With developing of scientific technique and improving of people's culture performance ;peole's life-span is prolonged, so society are becoming senile type. Many developed countries have carried out 'euthanasia' after the Second World War. In China ,the whole society has payed attention to euthansia since the first euthanasia case occurred in HanZhong area in 1986. So euthanasia will be the one of ethics and morals initiated by senil society in the 21th century.
