摘要
将碳纤维硅胶膜埋入兔皮下,于2、4、8、12周分别进行组织学观察。4周后碳纤维完全被纤维组织包绕,8周后见到胶原纤维,碳纤维与组织愈合较牢固,硅胶膜不与组织粘连。选兔10只,制造腹肌腹缺损模型,5只为对照组,用碳纤维网修补;5只为试验组,用碳纤维硅胶膜修补,全组腹壁愈合良好。对照组修补材料与内脏均发生广泛粘连,试验组2只轻微粘连(P<0.01)。临床修补腹肌腹膜缺损5例,经1~3年观察无切口疝发生,用B型超声观察,修补材料与内脏亦无粘连。证明碳纤维硅胶膜复合材料,裸露的碳纤维易与组织愈着,硅胶膜有防内脏粘连作用。
arbon fiber silicious membrane was laid under the skin of rabbits. By
histological observation car-bon fiber would be wrapped by fiberic tissue completely 4 weeks
later. Collagenous fiber and repairingmaterial were found to adhere strongly to tissue 8 weeks
later. But silicious membrare didn,t adhere totissue. Ten rabbts were chosen as the model of
abdominal wall defect.Five of them(experimentgroup) were repaired with carbon fiberic
net.Abdominal wall healing of both groups was well.Repair-ing material of experiment group
didn`t adhere to viscera, But in the control group adhered to viscera(P<0.01) Five cases applied
to clinical use. Through 1 to 3 years clinical investigation,no incisionhernia occured,Repairing
material didn`t adhere to viscera by B-ultrasound examination,All aboveproved that naked
carbon fiber was easy to adhere to tissue,and silicious membrane could prevent from adhesion.
