摘要
Ⅱ套催化装置的 DCS(集散控制系统)采用的是上海 FOXBORO 公司的 I/A'S。其结构为三层:操作站,控制器和现场模块。搬迁主操作室就要拆移操作站和控制器。通常的作法是停工施工。但我们通过精心策划,在维持生产装置不间断生产的情况下完成了搬迁任务。主要的技术路线是基于现场模块的保持输出功能和利用备用机柜备件控制器预置新机柜。希望我们的实现方案能使大家对 DCS 的结构有更深的理解,为同行在处理连续生产装置的系统故障有所借鉴。
The DCS of FCCU Ⅱ is I/A'S made in Shanghai FOXBORO.It has a three-level structure-Workstation Processor,Control Processor and Fieldbus Module.We needed move the Nodebus cabinet but didn't want to have a downtime,To shorten the time DCS's Nodebus offline we prefabriced a new Nodebus cabinet.And Fieldbus Modules can keep output stand. We performed the movemet in half an hour and keep the FCCU yielding.We hope craft brothers could benefit from our successful experience.
