摘要
本文通过对３２例正常人，６４７例各类心脏病患者心血池平衡显像相位图（ＰＨ）及左右室功能各参数进行分析比较，发现：（１）ＰＨ空白相对心肌缺血定位较延迟相有更高的准确性和较低的假阳性；（２）右室流出道及中部ＰＨ空白区可能为ＰＨ分析的一种正常表现；（３）右室下部ＰＨ空白区多为右室功能受损所致，同时也可作为右冠脉病变的诊断依据；（４）左右室ＰＨ不同步可作为束支传导阻滞的一个判断指标。
Six hurdred and forty seven patients and 23 normal people were studied by ECG-gated cardial blood pool image, radionuclide phase analysis and parameters of cardial function. The results showed that the delay phase and empty phase image were useful to detect the lesion of ischemia and prognosis in CHD.Empty phase of RV in cannel and middle part was normal.Empty phase of RV in below correlated witn cardial function and right coronary disease. No synchronism of phase analysis images in RV and LV could decide bundle branch block.
