摘要
用CuSO4·5H2O和NaOH为原料,一种六元脂肪族醇为还原剂,X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)为主要表征手段,研究了不同水热条件下铜的还原。结果表明,水热条件变化时,可以得到形貌各异的氧化亚铜和金属铜。其中,当n(OH-)∶n(Cu2+)∶n(醇)=4∶1∶1,,水热温度为180℃、反应时间为20h时,得到产物经XRD分析确定为金属铜,SEM照片显示,在产物中有纳米棒和纳米线形成,纳米棒的直径在100~500nm不等,长径比在50以上,而纳米线比纳米棒更细,蜿蜒曲折,柔韧性较好。
With CuSO_4·5H_2O and NaOH as main sources and a kind of aliphatic polyol as reductant,the reduction of Cu^2+ under different hydrothermal conditions was studied via XRD and SEM.The results show that Cu_2O and/or Cu with different kinds of morphologies can be fabricated when the hydrothermal conditions are changed.When the ratio n(OH-)∶n(Cu^2+) was 4,and the aliphatic polyol was added in equal moles with Cu^2+,at hydrothermal temperature of 180 ℃ after 20 hours,some copper nanorods and nanowires were fabricated as characterized by XRD and SEM.The SEM images show that the nanorods are about 100~500 nm in diameter and the aspect ratio is more than 50,meanwhile the nanowires are even thinner than nanorods in diameter and seem very soft through the SEM images.
