摘要
在汽车导管的设计计算中,导管的对称度很重要。为了建立转向器导管挡片位置的计算方法,本文介绍了两种方法。一种比较全面、精确,但比较复杂。必须先建立该曲线的数学模型,然后编写程序求解。另一种方法是近似计算,该法比较简单。但只能校核挡片的不对称度。用两种方法对实例进行计算,得到两种不同方法的不同特点和用途。
In the design of the guide of the motor steering gear, Symmetry of the steering gear guide is very important. In order to set up the computing technologies of the guide pick-up fingers position, This article has introduced two kinds of methods, One kind is more overall and more accurate, But more complicated.Must set up the mathematics models of this curve first, Then write the procedure and alculate the answer.Another kind of method is the approximate calculation.This law is simpler.But this one can only check asymmetric of pick-up fingers.Calculate to the instance with two kinds of methods, Acquire different characteristics and use of two kinds of methods.
