摘要
我国上市公司的股利政策存在严重不分配现象,股利支付率偏低,缺乏连续性等问题。借鉴西方发达国家的经验,我们应着力建立健全法律法规,完善上市公司股权结构,强化其资源配置功能。
There is phenomenon that the listed companies do not allocate the divi dend on shares or the payout ratio is low in China. Drawing lessons from the wes tern developed countries' experience, we should improve the laws and regulations , perfect the share ownership structure and strengthen the allocation of the rec ourses.
