摘要
目的:了解乙型肝炎病毒相关性肾炎(HBVGN)肾组织中核因子-KappaB(NF-κB)核转位表达并探讨其在HBVGN肾病发生中的作用。方法:采用微波免疫组织化学染色的方法,对30例HBVGN和5例正常肾组织中的NF-κB亚基p65表达进行检测。结果:在HBVGN病例中,有80%(24/30)的肾组织表现为不典型膜性肾病;NF-κB的核转位表达较正常肾组织显著升高(P<0.05),位于肾小球上皮细胞、内皮细胞及系膜细胞和肾小管上皮细胞的胞核内。结论:肾组织内NF-κB的核转位表达增多可能与HBV的感染有关,NF-κB可能参与了HBV引发HBVGN的发生过程。
Objective:To investigate the expression of nuclear translocation of nuclear transcription factor-kappaB (NF-κB) in hepatitis B virus associated nephritis (HBVGN) tissues and its significance in the pathogenesis of HBVGN. Methods: The microwave-based immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB p65 in 30 cases of HBVGN and 5 cases of normal renal tissues. Results:80% (24/30) of HBVGN renal tissues showed non-typical membranous nephropathy. Compared with normal renal tissues, the expression of NF-κB's nuclear translocation was increased markedly in HBVGN (-P-<0.05). The nuclear expression of NF-κB was found in some endothelial, epithelial, mesangial cells of glomerules and epithelial cells of tubules. Conclusion:The high expression of NF-κB's nuclear translocation maybe has some relationship with the infection of HBV. NF-κB maybe take part in the pathogenesis of HBV inducing HBVGN.
