摘要
利用穗离体培养技术和A PAGE技术研究了不同氮素浓度影响下小麦籽粒醇溶蛋白的表达差异,研究发现低氮条件下(0%~0.09%)小麦籽粒醇溶蛋白的表达不受影响,但在高氮(0.12%~0.2%)胁迫下,籽粒醇溶蛋白出现了差异表达,共产生了4条特异蛋白谱带,其中2条在ω区,另2条在γ区,且γ区的蛋白特异带表达比ω区强。
Vitro culture and A-PAGE technology were used to analyze the difference of the gladins expression in wheat seeds.The results showed in low nitrogen,the gladins expression were little influenced,but until high nitrogen stress,the gladins appear different expression,prouduce 4 peculiar tables altogether.Two of them are in ω district among them,the another two are in γ district,and in γ distict their expression is stronger than ω district.
