摘要
本文研究了药物中间体3,5-二异丙基水杨酸的合成,结果表明,在相同条件下,使用超声辐射比使用机械搅拌反应时间缩短70min,产品收率提高21%。
This paper presents the findings of the supersonic radition used in synthesis of a pharmaceutical medium 3,5-diisopropylsalicylic acid.Compared with the supersonic radiation and the classical methods, this method has advantages of good yields and shorter reaction time(70 min).The yield reached 81%.
