研究生的培养质量是衡量一个单位教育水平的重要标志之一。西南医院通过引导、激励、规范等措施和手段,积极创新过程管理,同时,强化服务意识,建立研究生信息管理与服务体系,使研究生培养质量不断提高,获得全国百篇优秀博士论文2篇。
The quality of postgraduate education is an important indication of education level in a unit. Southwest hospital had innovated the process management, strengthened the concept of service and set up a postgraduate information and service system by means of guiding, encouraging and normalizing to achieve an improvement of training quality.
