数字电视用户可以收看的节目和享受的业务比模拟电视扩大了一个数量级(可达到几百甚至上千),数字电视电子节目指南(EPG)———一个使用户能够方便快捷地找到自己关心的节目,查看节目的附加信息的导航机制已成为数字电视以及机顶盒开发的极其重要的组成部分。详细介绍了以STQAMi5516为主控芯片的数字电视电子节目指南(EPG)的实现过程,对数字电视以及机顶盒开发有很高的参考价值。此设计已在四川有线电视网络中心、贵州数字电视网络中心、重庆数字电视网络中心广泛应用。
The number of service providing to digital TV customers is much larger than the one of service providing to analog TV customers. EPG which can make digital TV customers find the program that they like and browse the program conveniently, is becoming the almost the important part of DTV and STB R&D. This paper proposes a solution to realizing EPG based on STQAMi5516 chip at length. It is very valuable to DTV and STB development.
