摘要
近十年来我院首先开展了膀胱全切后再将乙状结肠切断，近端乙状结肠与远端乙状结肠行端侧吻合，再将双输尿管吻合在紧缩的乙状结肠袢上。行尿流改道手术３０例，得到随访者２３例，５年以上生存１３例，除２例逆行感染治愈余者均无逆行感染，无水电解质紊乱和肛门尿失禁等。

years. a new type of operation was developed in our hospital. The sigmoid colon wastarnsected
after total cystectomy,then the proximal end of the sigmoid colon was end-to-side anasto-mosed
with the distal end, and sequently, both ureters were anastomosed with the tightened loop of
sig-moid colon. Thirty cases had undergone urinary tract reconstruction,23 cases were followed
up, amongwhich 13 cases survived more than 5 years. Follow-up study of the cases showed no
retrograed infec-tion, water-electrolyte disturbance of anal urine incontinence except for 2 cases
had retrogtaed infectionwho were timely cured.
